- I support you to birth however you choose.
- I will be on call for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- I respect your wishes and needs at all times.
- Nothing will be done without your consent.
- I support you in receiving all the available information to make informed choices.
- A second midwife will also attend your birth at home. This is a legal requirement.
- Birth pools available for labour and waterbirth.
- I carry emergency medications and equipment for all births at home.
- I will treat heavy bleeding and perform resuscitation as necessary. I maintain regular training in this area.

- I will stay with you for several hours after birth.
- I will provide support and guidance of uninterrupted breastfeeding.
- If you or your baby require medical care I will accompany you to hospital in a support role.

- I encourage the participation of all the family.
